We take food intolerances and allergies very seriously. In the “ Important” section of each tour and cooking class page, we have listed the dietary restrictions we cannot accommodate. On the online booking form, please specify the dietary restrictions of your party and the number of people they apply to.
When we cannot accommodate gluten-free diets on a tour, we specify it in the “ Important” section of the tour page. On some tours, our partners can provide gluten-free options. However, please notice that our partners are not certified gluten-free locations and do not have separate gluten-free kitchens. They cannot, therefore, guarantee that cross-contamination with gluten-containing ingredients does not occur. Please consider this if there is someone affected by the celiac disease in your party. If you would like a customized, gluten-free certified experience, please contact us and we will make it happen.
We take food intolerances very seriously. We have, therefore, decided that we cannot accommodate gluten-free diets on any of our cooking classes. The kitchen, utensils, and oven have cross-contamination with gluten-containing ingredients.
Restricted mobility may be an issue for some of our walking tours. Please consider that we have a number of sit-down tastings. We will try our very best to find a suitable solution. If someone in your party has restricted mobility, please contact us and let us know in advance.
Restricted mobility is an issue for our cooking classes as the narrow elevator cannot accommodate a wheelchair.
To make your experience as close to perfect as possible, we offer a number of additional services you can add to our tours and cooking classes. Book a driver, babysitter, photographer, videographer, sign language guide, or request any other support you may need. These are customized services we need to work on together and with our partners. Additional services must be requested in advance and they are subject to availability from our partners.
