Easy Homemade Wine Pie Crust Recipe

Wine Pie Crust
250g all-purpose flour
85ml white wine (lukewarm)
1 tsp baking powder
In a bowl mix together the flour with the baking powder and the olive oil. Slightly warm up the white wine and add it to the mixture. Work the mixture with your hands until you achieve a smooth dough.
Use your hands to pat the dough into a tin lined with baking paper and raise the dough around the edges. Poke holes into the dough with a fork.
Add your filling of choice and then cook at 180°C for 30 minutes.
