You are about to learn to make 2 very different kinds of fresh pastas doughs: with and without eggs. As different as they may be in flavor, texture and purpose in cooking, they are both very simple to make and use less than 3 ingredients each.
Before cooking, off to the market you go! Meet the local vendors, taste their seasonal products and simply enjoy the authenticity of the local food market with our guide.
Now it’s time to cook with our local Chef. Make yourself at home in our exclusive private location with a unique view overlooking Rome. Learn about the different pastas you can make with each dough, what are the sauces that pair with the egg pasta and which best pair with the eggless pasta. As you cook, our Chef will share the tips and tricks of each recipe. And by the way, you are making tiramisù for dessert.
Lunch is finally ready, so please make yourself comfortable and savor the fruits of your hard work. Wine and moka pot coffee will join you for lunch. All the recipes are going home with you.
